  Public storage accused me of me accessing past accessible storage hours. I have proof on Google Latitude that I was no where near that location. Last time I accessed my unit was on 12/26/17 between 7:24pm-7:32pm to grab a suitcase. You care guilty just because your code was used. The DM, Margaret, is rude and unprofessional. She insisted that it was me even though I was being very polite. They should look at the type of person and vehicle walked in at that time and confirm with the person on the account.
